Do you carry big and tall items?

Yes, sizes vary with each item style and select item styles run up to size 5X. Please refer to the "size dropdown" to see all sizes we carry in stock for each item.

My item is SOLD OUT, can I request a re-stock?

At this time, we do not offer re-stock requests as any sold out items are often temporary and we will restock quickly unless the item is being discontinued.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept the major credit cards Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover as well as Gift Cards and Debit Cards bearing these major credit card logos. Direct PayPal account payments is also an option.

Do I need a PayPal account to purchase from this store?

No, you are not required to have a PayPal account to purchase from this store. However, if you already have a PayPal account, you may use it as your payment method.

What is your exchange / return policy?

All items are Final Sale and are not returnable. If you have any questions before purchasing please feel free to ask. Customer satisfaction is of the utmost importance to us and we will be more than happy to assist you in purchasing.

How long will delivery of my order take?

Orders placed on Friday, Saturday or Sunday will begin processing on the following Monday. Domestic orders are typically delivered within 5-10 business days. International orders are typically delivered within 3-5 weeks, depending upon the destination and customs processing.

Please note that delivery of orders paid via PayPal eCheck will take an additional 4 to 9 business days to allow for the eCheck transfer period.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping costs are calculated based upon the number and type of products in your cart. To view shipping costs, add your desired products to your cart, proceed to the cart page, select your country and click "Update Your Cart Total".

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. We ship to almost every country. To confirm whether we deliver to your country, add your desired products to your cart, proceed to the cart page and check if your country is available for selection.
